Google Trends | Google Trends – A Hidden Treasure

Google Trends is really a wonderful service.  From google site it states “With Google Trends, you can compare the world’s interest in your favorite topics. Enter up to five topics and see how often they’ve been searched on Google over time.”

So basically it just tells about the popularity of search terms currently ie what the people are searching for using google.

I was wondering if it is possible to see if this service can be used for making some money. The basic premise is very simple. Keep track of rising keywords and write some posts targetting that keywords.  When people are doing some search , they may stumble upon your blog and you may make some money through adsense.

I am not sure if this will work out but let us just try and find out.
