It was patented/invented by walter hume in 1910. Walter Hume was an australian innovator who created a very successfull business based on his rcc pipe invention. They are also known as precast concrete pipe since they are already precasted ie the casting process is completed before utilizing the product on the site. RCC Pipes are generally used for drainage, storm water management, underground storage tanks, underground sewerage, water pipelines.
